Most of this was harvested today except the zucchinis. I found both of those monsters over the last couple of days. My zucchini plant is not a heavy bearer and I don’t check it as often as I should. The yellow squash were all picked just now; the tomatoes this morning.

Here’s what’s shakin’ in the gardnen. Picked my first tomato today crazy early! Lots of things ready to bloom right before we leave for Mexico! Oh well, hopefully there will be some show left when I get home.
NaBloPoMo – June 2 – Home Style
If you have read my 100 Things page (and who of you hasn’t, right?) then I am sure you will remember numbers 92 and 93. What? You mean you don’t remember? Fine! Here there are for you again, because you have forgotten. Not because you never read them, I’m sure…

Dig Dirt Wednesday?
I had planned on getting back into I Dig Dirt Tuesdays again yesterday, but the braces completely took over and the garden has been relegated to Wednesday. Not a bad day, all-in-all, considering it’s hump day, and our 8th Wedding Anniversary…
The cards and flowers were lovely, but I’m more in the mood for sharing the [...]

Each grandma and grandpa’s home is a place of wonder and the boys have their favorite things about each one. At nana’s they have the school across the street with the [...]
